The facility includes a full camera system that enables course participants and trainers to view and critique their work in the After-Action Review briefing, a full sound system to facilitate gunfire, flash bangs, … etc.

The K9 Assault Building is equipped with some of the most versatile assault obstacles around, it houses a Bite Table, Bite Cage, Shark Tunnel, and Vehicles, as well as tie-outs and slippery surfaces to develop a well-rounded bite education for any K9.

The initial conditioning for detection dogs takes place within the detection building which enables trainers to use a plethora of environmental elements as well as advanced Behavior Shaping Devices and real odors of both Narcotics and Explosives changed on a regular basis to ensure the absence of contaminants and to guarantee the K9 performs at its best.

The Detection Building contains a range of elements such as Luggage, Boxes, Furniture, Detection Wall, and Masonry Blocks. These elements prepare the dogs to perform more advance training prior to real mission deployment.

The 30-Foot Fast rope/repelling tower has both fast-rope and repelling capabilities to simulate real mission task.

One side is designed for real mission task training as if fast-roping from a helicopter. There is also fast-roping available from the opposite side. Each floor has access to the fast-rope to assist with the initial training for K9 teams and to acclimate the dog to work with his feet off the ground and being suspended in the air.

There are also 2 sides for the repelling that enables the K9 teams to simulate a descent down a solid platform or to breach windows. Tower is complete with camera system to enable the k9 teams to review any training.

The Jordan National K9 Center maintains a number of operational vehicles for vehicle detection searches to vehicle takedowns and suspect extractions.

Vehicle fleet consists of small sedans and large buses which can be moved and operated to fit any training requirement.

The underground tunnel system sets a high standard for real mission task training for the K9 teams, as well as any Special Operations teams. The tunnel is designed by experienced combat veterans with actual K9 missions inside tunnels.

The tunnel at Jordan National K9 Center has all real-life training scenarios available. It is equipped with an escape hatch system, exhaust system to remove any smoke or gas, to quickly transition to the next training task, left and right turns. Simunitions, Flash-bangs and smoke are all acceptable tools for the mission task training range.

The Jordan National K9 Center maintains a large obstacle course in which K9s can be trained to maneuver almost any obstacle in a real-life situation.

The center houses a full-scale A300 aircraft model and control tower with a helicopter landing pad. The A300 also includes some B777 aircraft features and exploits full advantage of the battlefield effects controlled by the Range Operations Control Center. This includes initiating targets to stand up from their seats, introduction of smells / sounds of the battlefield and video/audio capture of all training inside-out.

Aircraft model is ideal for CT assault scenarios (linear / deliberate) and sky marshal training. Helicopter pad enables coordinated vehicle, foot, and helicopter assault training.

The Urban Area contains a wide range of urban and village facilities (55) to simulate realistic neighborhoods, including residential areas, commercial  and industrial facilities, government buildings, a public square, villas, apartment complexes, public service facilities, community center, parking lot, gas station, shops, light industrial areas, office complexes  and water purification stations.

The Method of Entry (MOE) facility is a set of facilities that is designed for training of entry methods & and techniques. The facilities contained in this area include various breaching stations, steel cutting station, the method of building entry and a space for construction to meet clients’ specific requests e.g., mud walls, brick walls, etc.

Explosive methods of entry may be practiced on all the MOE stations. All facilities are shielded and may be used concurrently with other training teams. Larger concussion charges may be practiced at the demolition pit.
